Dutch government supports Access to Seeds IndexIn a letter to parliament, the Dutch Minister of Agriculture and Foreign Trade expressed his support for the development of an Access to Seeds Index, to support the private sector to improve access to quality propagation material for developing countries, along the lines of the Access to Medicine Index.
