M. Ann Tutwiler is director general of Bioversity International and chair of the Access to Seeds Foundation. She has almost 30 years of experience in agricultural policy and development in the public and private sectors, including FAO, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and Central Soya. Ann holds a master’s degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College.
