Surinder Tikoo is currently partner and director of research at Tierra Seed Science, Hyderabad, India. He has over 45 years experience as a vegetable breeder, teacher and research & development director in the public and private sector. He worked at Advanta as global vegetable research lead and member of the global management committee. At Syngenta he was member of the global vegetable development leadership team and he lead the vegetables research in India at Pioneer. Surinder also did consultancy work at FAO on vegetable breeding & production in Myanmar.
