Yacouba Diallo is the research consultant of the Regional Access to Seeds Index for Western Africa. He will conduct a study to explore the feasibility of expanding the regional scope to Western Africa. He is an agribusiness and private sector development expert with over twenty years’ experience in seeds value chain development, entrepreneurship and innovation in small and micro enterprises. He has also experience in using business model tools for improved living conditions and income opportunities for rural communities in Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Senegal. He holds master degrees in business administration (MBA) and international business, global marketing and internationalization, with other graduate degrees in small medium enterprise management and sociology.
