Governance Documents

Robust, active governance is critical to ensure the impartiality, independence and multi-stakeholder character of the Access to Seeds Foundation. The Foundation’s governance processes are guided by several documents that have been approved by the Supervisory Board.

Plans and Policies

The plan and policy for 2012 and 2013 describe the development of the methodology of the Access to Seeds Index (phase 2 and 3) and the conclusions of the feasibility study in phase 1. The 2014 road map outlines the Foundation’s plans in the lead-up to the publication of the first Index.

Annual and Quarterly Reports

The Annual Reports contain an overview and explanation of the Access to Seeds Foundation’s financial figures for the accounting period ending 31 December of each year. Quarterly reports are published since Q2 2017 to report on progress following reporting guidelines by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands and in line with the IATI standard.
